Tania contacted me with the plan of getting some elegant boudoir photos as surprise anniversary gift for her husband. I had to come up with an accelerated timeline to make everything happen since their anniversary date was 12 working days away! It wasn't a terribly busy week for me so we arranged for a photo session within a couple of days after our initial conversation. Boudoir photography was something that Tania wished she had done before her wedding but she could not find a boudoir photographer with style she liked. To make up for that, she brought her bridal veils with her to the session!
Her boudoir session was wonderful and I was able to deliver her physical prints order a few days before her anniversary and I am happy that I got to help make their wedding anniversary more memorable.
Thank you Tania, for the opportunity to work with you. I love that you were always so responsive when we were planning for the session. Everything that you prepared did help make the photo session a very successful one. Also I would like to extend my gratitude to the very talented Hair and Makeup Artist Kat, for keeping Tania entertained while making her beautiful.

I needed to update my profile pictures on the website and social medias and I decided that this year I would go with casual theme in my regular outfit and everyday face.
Yong was in surprise that I did not go full suite (as in wearing contact lenses, using fake eye lashes, putting on a more fancy makeup, etc etc ) for the shoot and I was like, yeah...I don't want to complicate the photoshoot and since this is how I usually look, why not? I did pick some coordinating pieces from the wardrobe and I curled my hair a little for the casual artist look though. Styling is always involved no matter how small a photoshoot is :)
I am working on the photos now but I am proud to say that I am extremely happy with them. I think I look just like me!

This is Stephanie- an amazing Hitch Fit transformation coach that came to my studio for some fitness portraits.
I love what she does. She transforms bodies and potentially lives, by providing people the tools and support to become a better version of themselves. I find that aligns with my goal in doing women photography, that is to help women discover the beauty that they have never seen before, or rediscover the beauty that they thought they have lost. I felt compelled and offered her more shoots in addition to fitness portraits, as I really wanted her to see how beautiful she is to have the passion and power to change peoples’ lives.
I love many portraits from her session but my favorite was the one on top of this page in black and white. I think it brought out both her strong and feminine sides.

Wow! Working with Sandy was such a fantastic experience. She was extremely professional, organized, and is amazing behind the camera. I did a maternity boudoir session with her and was somewhat nervous because I had never done anything like that before and not to mention being 7 months pregnant but her work turned out amazing and my husband absolutely loved his early Valentine's Day gift! I definitely recommend Sandy to anyone- she will not disappoint!!
